Anvilhead Lean Startup Process / Incubator
Towards the start of 2016 myself and 3 co-founders started a side project through the Aksarben Innovation program where we spent 3-4 months with hands on training as we applied the Lean Startup process towards a game pitch. We canvassed hundreds of 13-30 year olds with non leading questions as we worked to hone in on what our core product needed to be. We sponsored and attended local gaming conventions and brought in students from UNO in addition to reaching out to the local game developer meetup group.
